Healthy Babies, Healthy Families Fair

Tuesday, March 28, 2006, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Families with infants and preschool-age children are invited to come and meet with Harambee partner agencies and other health and education providers in the community to learn about services available to families. The Healthy Babies, Healthy Families Fair is a ONE day, FREE event, and it is open to the public.

Harambee 10th Anniversary Celebration

Friday, April 7, 2006, 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Join Mayor Dave Cieslewicz for the Harambee 10th anniversary. For the past ten years the Harambee Center has acted as an anchor at Villager Mall and in South Madison. As we look toward our exciting future, join us for a short presentation at 5:30 p.m. followed by games and refreshments to celebrate the accomplishments of our past. From the Burr Oaks Bowling Alley to a cutting edge collaboration of education and health services, the Harambee Center has come a long way. This is a FREE event. Please be here by 5:30 p.m. to see Mayor Dave speak and watch as we present awards to those who have helped make Harambee the success that it is today.

Family Support 360 Learning Circles

Learning Circles are an opportunity for families with children with disabilities or service providers who care for children with disabilities to learn more about working with "the system."
The learning circles take place from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
